Payment Policies:
Live Readings are scheduled and paid for in advance. Live Readings must be paid in advance by Paypal, with a 48hr full refund cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 48hrs may be rebooked, if canceled within less than 48hrs, a 50% charge will apply. No refunds will be given once reading is completed. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and with a 48 hour notice.
Any session cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than a 48 hour notice given is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
